Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States only.

Free U.S. Shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order. There are no extra shipping charges at checkout for U.S. customers.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most U.S. orders arrive within 4–10 business days after the order is placed, including production and Standard U.S. shipping. Weekends are excluded; carrier holidays, production delays, destination, and product availability can affect timing.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Wrong Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because the address was entered incorrectly, we may need to charge for a replacement order or reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at brightmeadowsdesigns@gmail.com with your order number.

If the package is confirmed lost or undelivered, we will review the issue and help arrange a replacement or refund when eligible.

Made-to-Order Notice

Because each item is printed specifically for your order, production begins shortly after purchase. Once an order is in production, we may not be able to cancel or change it.
